Collect useful diagnostics and get help with Rust Central.
Before requesting help:
- Confirm the server is online at its provider.
- Confirm the correct G-Portal or Nitrado account is connected.
- Check that the server card reports working RCON configuration.
- Record the module name, action, and visible error message.
Join the Rust Central support server with those details. Never post provider passwords, access tokens, RCON credentials, or private player data.
